Star Valley Quilt Trail is an event organized by quilters from Star Valley, WY whose goal is to inspire the public about the art of quilting while showcasing one of Wyoming’s newest Scenic Byways. The Quilt Trail follows a 40 mile corridor along US 89 in Lincoln County, WY. Quilts will be displayed in the community centers in the towns of Alpine, Etna, Star Valley Ranch, Thayne, Afton, all situated along US 89.

Exhibits include local and national quilts, a judged quilt competition, Quilts of Valor honoring our veterans, historical quilts, youth quilts, and a quilt challenge. In 2017, the challenge was to create a quilt inspired by the 2017 total solar eclipse.
There will be cash and ribbon prizes for all judged categories.
Star Valley Quilt Trail will be held every two (2) years on the third weekend in August.
